What happens when a wide-eyed 20-something leaves the safe haven of j-school and heads out into the real world of journalism? My name is Cody Kitaura and I graduated from Sacramento State in the fall of 2008 with a degree in journalism. Here I’ll blog about my first newspaper job, give tips for new grads and cub reporters, and give my general thoughts on the news industry.
